Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my ride?

We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred vehicle type. For public holidays or peak travel seasons, booking 3-5 days ahead is highly advised. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you submit your booking request via our website or WhatsApp, our team will review the details. You will receive an official Booking Confirmation (via Email or WhatsApp) containing your driver’s details and vehicle plate number. Your ride is only confirmed upon receipt of this message.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes. If you need to change your pick-up time or location, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the trip are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What type of vehicles do you provide?

Chauffeur2u offers a range of well-maintained vehicles to suit your needs:

Luxury Sedan: Ideal for 1-3 passengers with light luggage (e.g., Toyota Camry, Honda Accord).
Premium MPV: Spacious and comfortable, perfect for executives or families (e.g., Toyota Alphard, Vellfire).
Large MPV/Van: Suitable for larger groups of 7-10+ passengers (e.g., Hyundai Starex, Toyota Hiace).

Do you offer services to Singapore?

Yes, we specialize in cross-border transfers between Malaysia and Singapore. The biggest advantage is that passengers do not need to disembark for immigration clearance at the border (CIQ); you can remain comfortably in the vehicle throughout the journey.

Are toll charges and fuel included in the price?

Yes, our quoted rates are generally all-inclusive, covering the driver, fuel, and toll charges. There are no hidden fees. Note: For Hourly Disposal services, parking fees and entrance tickets are borne by the client.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options including:

Cash: Pay directly to the driver upon arrival.
Online Transfer: DuitNow / Instant Bank Transfer.
E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go, GrabPay.
Credit Card: via our secure online payment link.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

For airport pickups (KLIA/KLIA2), we monitor your flight status in real-time using the flight number you provide. Our driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. We offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after your flight has landed.

Where will I meet the driver at the airport?

Our driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a placard with your name on it. We will also share the driver's contact number and car plate number prior to your arrival for smooth coordination.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes, child seats are available upon request for a small additional fee. Please prioritize safety and inform us of your requirement during the booking process.
